SUBCOMMITTEE UPDATES ON RECOMMENDATION FOR FY 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 AND 2021-22 ANNUAL REPORTS

RECOMMENDATION
Members were selected to fill the subcommittee at the November 20, 2023, meeting to develop the Measure A Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 and 2021-22 Annual Report.
The Subcommittee will present an update.

Summary
The Committee’s Charter (adopted by Council Resolution 2013-10-08-1505) and Bylaws provide that the Committee shall prepare an annual written report for presentation to the City Council to include those items listed in Section 2.2.3(a)-(d) of the Committee Charter. At the November 20, 2023, meeting, Committee members Blair Hake, Anthony Mannor and Ernesto Gonzalez were selected to join the Subcommittee. It is recommended that the ad-hoc Subcommittee develop drafts of the past-due annual reports for presentation to the full Committee.
