It is recommended that the City Council, Successor Agency, Stockton Public Financing Authority, and Stockton Parking Authority adopt by motion the Amended 2024 Concurrent City Council/Successor Agency/Stockton Public Financing Authority/Stockton Parking Authority Meeting Calendar.

Summary
A conflict in meeting schedules during the month of June 2024 as been identified. As a result, staff is requesting approval of the Amended 2024 Concurrent City Council/Successor Agency/Stockton Public Financing Authority/Stockton Parking Authority Meeting Calendar.
DISCUSSION
Background
On November 14, 2023, with motion 2023-11-14-2023, the City Council approved the 2024 Concurrent City Council/Successor Agency/Stockton Public Financing Authority/Stockton Parking Authority Meeting Calendar.
Due to an unanticipated conflict in calendars with the San Joaquin Council of Local Governments (SJCOG), the Stockton City Council has a need to amend its meeting calendar specific to the June 2024 meeting dates.
Present Situation
The previously approved regular council meeting scheduled for June 25, 2024, will be rescheduled to the week prior, on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. Because the FY 2024-25 Budget Study Sessions, and the subsequent public hearing to adopt the budget, are scheduled during the month of June, it is important that the City formally and publicly amend its meeting calendar.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY
There is no direct financial impact on the City of Stockton with this action.
