It is recommended that the Measure W Oversight Committee elect by motion action a Committee Vice Chair from among its membership.

Summary
Measure W Oversight Committee Council Policy #500-2 requires that a Vice Chair be elected annually. The Vice Chair shall act as Chair only when the Chair is absent.
