Staff recommends that the Cultural Heritage Board amend by motion the meeting schedule for the Calendar Year 2019.

Summary
This agenda item serves to amend the regular Cultural Heritage Board (CHB) meeting dates for the Calendar Year 2019 due to scheduling/holiday conflicts.
DISCUSSION
Background
CHB meetings are scheduled, as needed, on the first Wednesday of every month at 5:30 p.m. In the event that no agenda items are available, meetings are cancelled.
Present Situation
Stockton Municipal Code (SMC) section 16.220.040.B [Cultural Heritage Board - Meetings] states, “The time, place, and frequency of its meetings shall be fixed by the Board.”
After reviewing the 2019 calendar year, staff recommends that the CHB amend the 2019 meeting schedule as follows (italics indicate changes):
