RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council approve a resolution amending the Mayoral Appointments to Council Committees and Committee Structure/Function roster effective immediately.

Summary
Charter Article XI, Section 1102 states that the Mayor has the power and duty to appoint members to advisory boards and commissions. The Charter requires that such appointments be made with the advice and consent of the City Council.
It is deemed appropriate to change some committee assignments, as well as to include newly elected Councilmembers, Sol Jobrack and Paul Canepa to the various committees.
