RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council approve a resolution:
1. Appointing Councilmember Jesús Andrade as the City’s member of the San Joaquin Council of Governments Board.
2. Appointing Councilmember Susan Lofthus as the City’s member of the City of Stockton and Stockton Unified School District 3x3 Joint Committee.
3. Approving the revised Council Committees and Committee Structure/Function Roster.

Summary
Mayor Tubbs is recommending Councilmember Andrade be appointed to serve on the San Joaquin Council of Governments as the City’s member and recommending Councilmember Lofthus to serve on the City of Stockton and Stockton Unified School District 3x3 Joint Committee as the City’s member.
