DISCUSSION
The examination for the position of Emergency Communication Dispatch Manager (Open/Promotional) was conducted in accordance with the Rules and Regulations for Miscellaneous Employees. This recruitment initially opened on January 27, 2017 and closed on February 16, 2017. Subsequently, it was reopened on May 12, 2017 and closed on June 2, 2017 to obtain additional candidates. Human Resources received a total of 10 applications during the recruitment period.
Based on a training and experience review that was performed on June 30, 2017, you will receive detailed results of the examination. This information will include exhibits that list applicants receiving passing scores in rank order, and confidential applicant flow data worksheets for approval and adoption at your meeting of July 20, 2017.
AUTHORITY
Rule VI, section 12(a) of the Civil Service Rules and Regulations for Miscellaneous Employees provides that the Civil Service Commission shall certify the results of each examination conducted by other than continuous examination.
