Consider establishing a sub-committee to review and update the Committee’s Guiding Principles Handbook and Roles & Responsibilities.

It is necessary to review and update these documents as information has changed since these documents were created. For instance, the Guiding Principles Handbook includes a reference to an old version of the City’s Boards & Commissions application. The City now accepts online applications so this information needs to be updated.
Additionally, the Handbook also includes information regarding filing of Statements of Economic Interests - Form 700. As an advisory body, there is no requirement for the Committees members to file a Form 700.
Once updated, these documents will be presented to the full Committee for adoption and filing.
