RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Measure W Oversight Committee adopt the proposed Fiscal Year 2015-16 Annual Report for presentation to City Council.

Summary
Per the Program Guidelines for Measure W, Stockton, Safe Neighborhood Gang and Drug Prevention Police/Fire Response Measure:
“The City will establish an Independent Citizen’s Oversight Committee to annually review revenues and expenditures, providing a second independent verification that all expenditures are being made as promised to Stockton residents. The findings of both the Independent Citizen’s Oversight Committee and the Independent Auditor and will be reviewed by the City Council and made available to the public.”
The draft Annual Report was provided to the Committee at the January 18, 2017, meeting. No edits to the document have been received. The proposed Measure W Fiscal Year 2015-16 Annual Report is provided for review, discussion, and approval.
