ACCEPT VARIOUS COMMITTEE MINUTES FOR FILING

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that City Council adopt a motion to accept for filing the minutes of the following Council Committees and the Charter Review Commission:
August 26, 2015 Council Community Improvement and Crime Prevention Committee meeting;
August 26, 2015, September 23, 2015, and October 28, 2015 Charter Review Advisory Commission meetings;
October 22, 2015 and December 7, 2015 City Council Charter Review Ad-Hoc Committee meetings; and
October 3, 2016 and December 12, 2016 Audit Committee Meetings

It would be appropriate for the Council to review the minutes of the Council Community Improvement and Crime Prevention Committee and the Audit Committee as there have been changes to the composition of the members of these committees and the current Councilmembers did not attend the meetings represented by the attached minutes. Charter Review Ad-Hoc Committee and the Charter Review Advisory Commission have completed the scope of work as set out by the Council in Resolutions 2013-06-11-1502-01 and 2013-06-11-1502-02 and are no longer meeting.
