DISCUSSION
The examination for the position of Project Manager III (Open/Promotional) was conducted in accordance with the Rules and Regulations for Miscellaneous Employees. Enclosed is the results of the examination, along with exhibits that list applicants receiving passing scores in rank order, and confidential applicant flow data worksheets for approval and adoption.
AUTHORITY
Rule VI, section 12(a) of the Civil Service Rules and Regulations for Miscellaneous Employees provides that the Civil Service Commission shall certify the results of each examination conducted by other than continuous examination.
