Recommend that the Strong Communities Advisory Committee review and adopt the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Annual Report for presentation to City Council.

Summary
The Strong Communities Advisory Committee Policy states:
“Annual Report - Annually the Advisory Committee will submit a report to the City Council with the results of their work. This report is also made available to the public.”
A draft Measure M Fiscal Year 2023-24 Annual Report is provided for the Committee’s review, included as Attachment A. This is the Committee’s annual report and can be revised by the Committee before adoption.
