RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Planning Commission approve a resolution denying a Use Permit to establish a microbusiness consisting of the following three cannabis uses: retail storefront, distribution, and manufacturing, in an existing 5,760 square foot industrial building at 2455 Station Drive (Application No. P20-0720), in accordance with appropriate findings in the proposed resolution.

SUMMARY
On October 28, 2021, the Planning Commission considered a request for a Commission Use Permit to allow the establishment of a proposed RDM microbusiness consisting of retail storefront, distribution, and manufacturing uses (Attachment A - Planning Commission Staff Report 10-28-2021).
Following public testimony and discussion, the Planning Commission approved Motion 2021-10-28-0501-02 (by a vote of 4 to 3), directing staff to bring back a resolution denying the project with appropriate findings. The proposed resolution carries out the Planning Comission’s direction.
