Summary
On June 9, 2026, the council approved by Motion 2026-06-09-0612 the Aquatics and Facilities Management Agreement with Community Services Solution LLC and First Amendment to Add Oak Park Pool (Attachment A). The signed agreement and first amendment are both attached (Attachment B).
The Audit Committee Chair has requested that staff provide information on the selection for the Aquatics and Facilities Management Agreement.
