RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council approve a resolution amending the Mayoral Appointments to Council Committees and Committee Structure/Function roster effective immediately.

Summary
Charter Article XI, Section 1102 states that the Mayor has the power and duty to appoint members to advisory boards and commissions. The Charter requires that such appointments be made with the advice and consent of the City Council.
Vice Mayor Lee has resigned from his position as Port Liaison and Mayor Fugazi will be assuming the role, it is deemed appropriate to change the assignment of Port Liaison.
