Summary
This workshop will include a presentation and information from the Economic Development Department about housing projects funded by Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Funds. It will also include specific information regarding the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) Process, the role of the Consolidated Plan, and how Housing funding grants and loans work regarding requirements, allocation, obligation, and timeliness.
