Summary
Staff and consultants will provide an informational follow-up to the City’s annual State and Federal Legislative Advocacy Program, which was approved by Council motion on August 18, 2026 (Motion 2026-08-18-1005).
As requested by Council, the follow-up will outline actions taken over the past 18 months (January 2025 - June 2026) and include a checklist of completed objectives. Additionally, staff will provide an update to the development of an evaluation system for grading the efforts of our state and federal lobbying firms.
