Summary
This will be an informational discussion, at the request of Council, regarding the ASM Global Management Contract.
DISCUSSION
To support the Council’s discussion, staff was asked to provide the ASM Global Agreement, related extensions, and communications and related records concerning an alleged threat toward the vendor.
Supporting documents have been provided as attachments A and B.
