It is recommended that the Planning Commission receive a presentation from City staff regarding Envision Stockton 2040 General Plan Action CH-3.2B.

Summary:
At the February 12th Planning Commission meeting, staff was directed to present an update regarding the implementation of General Plan Action CH-3.2B, particularly the creation of a map identifying mini markets, gas stations, fast food restaurants, check cashing establishments, and tobacco stores.
