RECOMMENDATION
Approve the reinstatement of the Miscellaneous Employee Eligibility list for Office Technician (Open/Promotional) which expired January 16, 2026.

The Office Technician eligibility list was established on January 16, 2025, with one-hundred and twenty-nine (129) names on the list. Ninety-two (92) eligibles are remaining on the list.
The request to extend the eligibility was inadvertently overlooked and was not placed on the agenda for the January 15, 2026, Civil Service Commission meeting. As a result, the eligibility list expired January 16, 2026. Staff is requesting that the eligible list for Office Technician be reinstated, to be effective from February 19, 2026, to February 19, 2027.
AUTHORITY
Within ninety (90) days of the expiration of an eligible list, such list may be reinstated for good cause, at the discretion of the Civil Service Commission, if the list is less than three (3) years old, in accordance with Rule VI, § 12(h).
