RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council and Concurrent Authorities adopt by motion the 2027 City Council and Concurrent Authorities Meeting Calendar.

DISCUSSION
Background
City Council Policy outlines that the City Council and Concurrent Authorities meet regularly on Tuesday evenings to conduct business in the designated City Council Chamber. An annual calendar is adopted each year to designate the meeting schedule.
Present Situation
The attached Meeting Calendar (Attachment A) for 2027 is consistent with the existing pattern established by the City Council for the 2026 calendar year, with two regular business meetings scheduled each month, except for July and October. July is due to summer recess, and October is due to winter recess.
With Council concurrence, regular City Council meetings will be held on the following Tuesdays in 2027:
