DISCUSSION ON ADOPTING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 5, CHAPTER 5.104 RELATED TO TOBACCO RETAILERS

RECOMMENDATION

 

It is recommended that the Legislation/Environmental Committee:

 

1.                     Consider amendments to Stockton Municipal Code Title 5, Chapter 5.104 related to Tobacco Retailers; and

 

2.                     Provide staff direction regarding the proposed changes and consider moving forward with the proposed changes to the full council.
