Receive information related to adopting a resolution Affirming Data Privacy Protections, Establishing Safeguards for the Use of Surveillance Technology, and Prohibiting the Use or Sharing of City Data for Federal Immigration Enforcement Purposes, and provide staff direction on any changes or additional information the committee would like to receive and/or a recommendation for Council if appropriate.

On April 20, 2026, at the Legislation Environmental Committee Meeting, Councilmember Mario Enriquez requested that a resolution be adopted to address the use of flock camera data.
