BACKGROUND
The Commission will receive a copy of the job description outlining the functions and duties of the Civil Service Commission with the City of Stockton as requested at the Civil Service Commission meeting on September 17, 2026, and will have an opportunity to discuss it in the context of existing rules for the Commission, including Charter Article XXV, Section 2503 (Attachment A).
