RECOMMENDATION
Discuss the 2027 Stockton Arts Grant Program and provide direction regarding the program priorities and funding approach and appoint members to an ad hoc committee to develop recommendations for future Commission consideration.

The Commission is asked to discuss the 2027 Stockton Arts Grant Program and consider how grant funding should be structured to best support the City's arts community. The discussion may include program priorities, funding categories, eligibility, evaluation criteria, and any potential themes or areas of emphasis for the upcoming grant cycle.
Following discussion, the Commission will appoint an ad hoc committee to further evaluate the program and return with recommendations for consideration by the full Commission at a future meeting.
