Summary
On June 9, 2026, the council approved by Motion 2026-06-09-0612 the Aquatics and Facilities Management Agreement with Community Services Solution LLC and First Amendment to add Oak Park Pool.
On August 4, 2026, Community Services Department staff provided information on the selection for the Aquatics and Facilities Management Agreement. The Audit Committee members asked for additional information about the organization, the services to be provided, and documentation on the selection process.
On August 17, 2026, committee members requested additional information.
