Summary
On December 9, 2025, the City Council directed staff to schedule a presentation on Rosenberg’s Rules of Order. In accordance with this direction, the City Attorney’s Office retained David G. Lim with Richards, Watson & Gershon to provide the presentation. Included for reference as Attachment A is a copy of Rosenberg’s Rules of Order.
