RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Measure A Citizens’ Advisory Committee elect, by motion, a Committee Chair and the Committee Vice Chair from among its membership in accordance with Rule No. 5 of the City of Stockton Measure A Advisory Committee By-Laws (Attachment A).

Summary
In accordance with Rule No. 5 of the City of Stockton Measure Advisory Committee By-Laws, the Advisory Committee shall annually elect a Chair and a Vice Chair, who shall act as Chair only in the absence of the Chair. The Committee is now being asked to nominate and elect a Chair and Vice Chair to fill the recently vacated position.
