Summary:
Follow-up to an oral presentation given at the February 12, 2026 Planning Commission Meeting which focused on the current noticing process specified in Stockton Municipal Code Section 16.88.030, Public Hearing Notices and noticing practices of other local jurisdictions in the region. The Commission requested further information on the practices of other Cities in the State of similar size to the City of Stockton.
