SUMMARY
Attached to this agenda item is a ballot measure title and summary that would put before voters an amendment to the Stockton Municipal Code. Also attached are the amendments proposed by the measure to sections 5.100.040 through 5.100.250, rescinding the City of Stockton’s ban on Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Medical Marijuana cultivation.
The request to place this item on the agenda was made on the day the agenda packet was being published. As a result, there is no staff analysis or recommendation.
