Summary
In January 2024, the City Council approved ordinance 2024-01-23-1212 (Attachment A) amending Chapter 5.104 of the Stockton Municipal Code (SMC), creating additional exemption related to Tobacco Retailers License.
On November 20, 2024, an update on the Tobacco Retailers Licensing Ordinance was provided to the Environmental Legislation Committee Meeting. The PowerPoint presented at the meeting is attached as Attachment B.
