Staff will provide an update on the status of the 2025 Stockton Arts Grant.

On June 3, 2024, the Stockton Arts Commission formed an ad hoc committee for the 2025 Stockton Arts Grant. Those committee members include Max Cao, Evai Dellafosse, and Maurice Spiller. This ad hoc committee is responsible for providing input into the application process, scoring received applications, and providing a recommendation to the full commission as appropriate.
On August 12, 2024, the 2025 Stockton Arts Grant was issued and received fifty-six (56) applications submittals requesting more than $622,000 in grant funds. Staff reviewed all applications for eligibility and completeness. Fifty (50) applications were determined to be complete, met eligibility requirements, and were advanced to be reviewed and scored by the Stockton Arts Grant ad hoc committee.
