Staff to provide update on outreach table for Visit Stockton’s Flavorfest.

On April 1, 2024, Commissioner AlBahar requested having an outreach table at the Visit Stockton’s Flavorfest be brought forth as an agenda item.
Visit Stockton will allow for the Stockton Arts Commission to set up an informational table inside the art workshop tent. This table would not be required to be manned for the entirety of the event but would need to be taken down whenever a commissioner is not present.
Below is a list of the hours required for the table that would need to be manned by a commissioner during the following times:
• Friday, May 17, 11:00am - 8:00pm
• Saturday, May 18, 11:00am - 8:00pm
• Sunday, May 19, 12:00pm - 7:00pm
