RECOMMENDATION
Consider ballots for the proposed San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency (SJAFCA) Mossdale Tract Assessment District formation, as related to City-owned properties, and authorize the City Manager to execute ballots for City-owned properties in response to the proposed annual assessment.
