It is recommended that the Committee members discuss and provide staff direction to draft a Council Policy regarding the use of Council letterhead.

Summary
On January 17, 2024, the Legislation Environmental Committee members requested that staff research and provide information on policies from peer agencies regarding the use of Council letterhead.
Attached is information from the League of California Cities (Attachment A) and the California Institute for Local Government (CA-ILG) (Attachments B and C).
