Summary
Victory Park Public Art Sculpture
Artist James Moore and his contractor permits have been approved. They are in the process of meeting with Public Works staff so they can begin work at Victory Park. This work includes trenching lines for electrical and pouring concrete footings that the sculpture will be mounted too. The footings are expected to need 30 days to cure, although this is weather permitting.
Williams Brotherhood Park Mural
Reinvent South Stockton Coalition has been working to complete their mural at Williams Brotherhood Park. They anticipate completing this mural in early February. Staff are working to schedule a ribbon cutting celebration and expect invitations to go out in early February.
