Update from the Community Services Department on Strong Communities activities, including Capital Improvement Projects (Northeast Library & Community Center, Chavez Design Request for Proposal, McKinley Park and Pool renovation (Proposition 68 grant), Victory Park Pool, Stockton Soccer Complex, Oak Park Pool, and Library and Recreation programming.
Staff will also provide a brief update on the expenditure plan.
