This is a training event for the Mayor and Councilmembers regarding Emergency Management.

Summary
This Emergency Management Workshop will provide the Mayor and Council an introduction to the National Incident Management System (NIMS), Incident Command System (ICS), and the Standardized Emergency Management System (SEMS).
The training will also highlight our elected official’s roles in emergency preparedness, response, and recovery activities through a brief overview of the City of Stockton’s Emergency Operations Plan and the organization of our Emergency Operations Center.
Mr. Jacob Green of Jacob Green and Associates will conduct this training which will last approximately one hour.
