DISCUSSION REGARDING OPTIC/BUDGET INVESTIGATION  
Recommended Action:  
RECOMMENDATION  
It is recommended that Committee members discuss the Audit  
Committee-directed investigation regarding the FY 2025-2026 budget  
submission relating to the budget authorization for the Office of  
Performance Data Analytics ("OPDA") and the restructuring and utilization  
of authorized funding for the Office of Public Transparency Information  
Communications ("OPTIC") and make recommendations as appropriate.

UPDATE FROM THE OFFICE OF VIOLENCE PREVENTION  
Recommended Action:  
RECOMMENDATION  
The Office of Violence Prevention will provide an update regarding its  
budget, staffing, programs, and current violence-prevention initiatives. This  
item is for informational and discussional purposes only; no action to be  
taken.

3. In-Person Comments - a) Speakers must submit "request to speak cards" to the Clerk prior to the Public  
Comment portion of the agenda. No speaker cards will be accepted after the close of Public Comment. b)  
Address only issues over which the meeting body has jurisdiction. c) The time limit for public comment is at the  
discretion of the presiding officer and shall be set at the start of the meeting. Donating time is not authorized. d)  
Your time will be displayed on the speaker podium for convenience.
