Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL) of Northern California worked with the Downtown Stockton Alliance on a Peace Sculpture at Diversity Plaza. Diversity Plaza is located next to the San Joaquin County Courthouse Building. Downtown Stockton Alliance is contracted to maintenance Diversity Plaza.
